At Cozy Leaf Creations, each item is handmade and often customized just for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on personalized or custom-made items.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Items made to order

  • Sale or clearance items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

 

Your happiness matters to us! If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Shipping

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Cozy Leaf Creations is not responsible for delays caused by carriers once an order has shipped.
